NIXY is dedicated to supporting women in the workplace, offering empowerment to enhance talents, skills and overall wellbeing in a holistic way. NIXY is a partner of all women, everywhere, for achieving full potential and overcoming daily struggles that are so often present.
Women often do not feel cherished or rewarded at work because of gender bias, glass ceilings, and discrimination in the workplace. We help to break down these barriers.
